Indoor hockey is a fast-paced version of traditional field hockey played on a smaller, enclosed field. With solid sideboards keeping the ball in play, players need quick reflexes and agility to maneuver effectively. The goal is to outscore the opposing team, making teamwork, strategy, and skill essential for an exciting experience for both players and spectators.
