About us

The Rhinos were established in 2020 during the Covid pandemic, with the mission of ensuring our kids continued their development despite schools being unable to hold practices. We started with 32 players in 2020, and by 2026, we have expanded to 350 enrolled players at the club.

Our club has actively participated in 9 PSI National tournaments, proudly securing 4 Gold, 1 Silver, and 3 Bronze medals, along with 3 Player of the Tournament awards. Don’t forget to explore the PSI gallery!

Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment in which every child can thrive, develop their skills, and build self-confidence. We believe in offering a diverse array of opportunities tailored to help each individual player enhance their character and enrich their experiences in the game.

To realize this vision, we meticulously select coaches who not only have a profound passion for the sport but also excel at making the learning process enjoyable and engaging for all players. We recognize the significance of cultivating a positive atmosphere where children can explore their potential and feel supported at every stage of their journey.

We are dedicated to transforming the Ehlanzeni (Lowveld) area into a vibrant hub for hockey and netball. Our mission is to make sports accessible to all through development initiatives and outreach programs, ensuring everyone can experience the joy of these sports.

We also aim to compete in prestigious PSI National tournaments, giving our players the chance to showcase their skills and potentially join Dream teams traveling to the Netherlands and Germany.
